Exclusive use of the Reception Area from noon to 11:00 p.m. for the Event, and from 11:00 p.m. to midnight for Event clean up.
Exclusive use of catering/prep area.
Thirty 5-foot round tables.
One 4-foot wide banquet table for Bride & Groom Head Table.
One 4-foot round table for Cake Table.
Six 6-foot banquet tables.
Ten 32” Cocktail Tables
Two hundred & Fifty White Resin Folding Chairs
Venue will provide a contact person on site from noon to midnight who will help set up tables and chairs. The contact person will also help take out trash, and help with lights, parking, and any venue questions that may arise.
We also off day of coordination for an added fee which includes Vendor Coordination, Day of Timeline, Rehearsal Coordination, Set-up & Tear Down of Ceremony & Reception Décor, Free Access to Any of Our In-House Décor, and more…
