What is the cancellation policy?
In the event the Client must change the date of the event, reasonable efforts will be made by Sandstone Vineyards to change to a new date. The Client agrees that in the event of a date change or cancellation, all payments made, including but not limited to deposits and venue payments, are non-refundable. Client will be allowed use of the venue on a later date as available to compensate for payments made. All prior payments made will be credited to new event date
How long will I have use of the event space?
Noon-11pm Monday-Thursday (Holiday Exceptions) or Noon-Midnight Friday-Sunday for your event. Your event will need to end 1 Hour before for clean-up.
Are there any décor restrictions?
No confetti, silly string or other related items, silk flower petals, wax candles, beer mugs or glassware may be used. Bubbles, rice, birdseed and natural flower pedals are allowed. Only plastic or acrylic stemware is allowed.
Can I hire my own caterer or self-cater?
Yes. We have a list of preferred caterers to choose from or you may pick your own. The Curb Catering does offer a 10% discount on any food.
What are the alcohol policies?
All alcohol must be provided by The Curb Mobile Bar & Catering. As a licensee, The Curb Mobile Bar & Catering, is responsible for abiding by and enforcing the alcoholic beverage controls of the State of Idaho and the City of Boise, Idaho. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises from outside sources. Only Licensed Bartenders are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages at your event. Proper ID will be required for any person consuming alcohol during the event. The legal drinking age in Idaho is 21 years old. Any person caught providing alcohol to an underage person will be asked to leave immediately.
Provided in your rental fee you will have an on-site contact from beginning to end who will setup tables and chairs. They will be here to take out trashes, help with lights, parking, or any other venue questions you may have. You will be responsible for all set-up & cleanup as stated in your contract.
We also off day of coordination for an added fee which includes Vendor Coordination, Day of Timeline, Rehearsal Coordination, Set-up & Tear Down of Ceremony & Reception Décor, Free Access to Any of Our In-House Décor, and more…
Do I need to provide liability insurance?
Client shall supply proof of special event liability insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage combined. Such insurance will name Sandstone Vineyards LLC as an additional named insured and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement.
